Roomix Vazha-Pshavela is a new residential complex in Saburtalo, located in the second quarter of Vazha-Pshavela Avenue, opposite City Mall.
The development consists of two 11-storey residential buildings and combines residential apartments with office and commercial spaces. The underground level features a shared two-level parking facility with a capacity of 152 vehicles. Apartments are available from 46.7 sq. m., delivered in green frame condition.

The building’s architectural design was developed by AB5 Architectural Bureau and architect Lasha Losaberidze.
