The project comprises 9 residential floors and a 4-storey business center, featuring apartments, penthouses, offices, commercial and sports spaces, as well as a 2-level underground parking facility. Lisi Lake is just a 4-minute drive away.
The project is financed by Bank of Georgia and backed by 20 years of experience in the construction sector and more than 600 completed projects, delivered under the name of construction company Dagi. Construction has been underway since October 2024.
Georgia Real Estate Agency (GREA) is the project’s exclusive commercial partner, overseeing its commercial operations. The partnership began in spring 2025 and included project positioning, product refinement, branding, and the development of a communication strategy. Sales began in September 2025.
