Neo Mziuri

Neo Mziuri is the first residential development launched under the Neo Development brand.

The company has been operating in Georgia’s construction and real estate development sector for over 20 years and has completed numerous residential and commercial buildings in Tbilisi.

Located at 26 Simon Chikovani Street, near Mziuri Park, the residential complex comprises 17 floors and 69 apartments, with sizes starting from 57 sq. m. The development also includes four levels of parking, commercial spaces, and office areas. Apartments are delivered in white-frame condition.
